The past 12 months have been another successfully period of co-operation between ourselves and Housing Interaction Trust. The Muse project goes from strength to strength and has helped a number of clients obtain the necessary life skills needed for independent living. The help and assistance offered by HIT is invaluable to us and our tenants. Well done and long may our relationship continue.

Housing Interaction Trust play a vital role in helping the Council to meet its statutory duty to ensure housing advice is available to all persons in the district. It can be a particular difficulty for young people to be able to secure accommodation in the district due to the shortage of affordable housing and the high costs of renting in the local area. HIT provide a vital and well-used service and have built a sound local reputation.
HIT have been an integral part of the Housing Advice Review that Chiltern District Council has been conducting over the past months and have been fully co-operative in attending meetings and providing any information that has been requested of them. Service user feedback that has been gathered for the Review has been extremely positive. It has been a pleasure to work with HIT over the last year and I am confident that close links with Chiltern District Council will continue in the future.
